At Persimmon Hill, we strive to be as eco-conscious as possible, utilizing composting toilets and gray water systems to capture and return water back to the earth. Our luxurious shower house, featuring a spa-like Ipe wood floor and giant rain head, uses only UV-filtered rain water! 

We've added a fabulous Coddle Switch sofa to the living room, which converts into a true queen sleeping area in 20 seconds! Perfect for a girls weekend or those who find the loft ladder challenging. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a board game at the kitchen table, or head outside to the screened porch where you can laugh at pesky bugs trying vainly to reach you. Dine at the picnic table, splash around in the cowboy pool, feed a bonfire to warm up your nights at the fire pit, there are so many options!
